Operations Coordinator (Retail / E-commerce)
$18-20hr Part-Time | On-Site | Barefoot Archery – Charlotte, NC
Barefoot Archery is seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized Operations Coordinator to support the daily flow of our retail and e-commerce operations. This role acts as the on-site operational extension of the owner and plays a critical part in keeping inventory, fulfillment, and internal systems running smoothly.
This position is primarily non-customer-facing, though occasional interaction may be required.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate closely and consistently with ownership regarding daily operations
- Pull, pack, and ship e-commerce orders accurately and on time
- Receive incoming shipments and process inventory into systems
- Maintain inventory organization and update internal queue boards
- Input and manage work orders accurately
- Follow existing systems and processes while identifying opportunities for improvement
- Create new systems and processes as needed to improve efficiency and organization
Qualifications
- Experience with the backend of Shopify a major plusÂ
- Background in retail operations, inventory management, and/or e-commerce fulfillment
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently and making sound decisions without micromanagement
- Strong communication skills and reliability
