Return Policy
We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
- You’ll need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damages or Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away at info@barefootarchery.com so we can make it right.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, email us at info@barefootarchery.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue or reason for the return.
Once approved, return items should be sent to:

Important:
- If your item was damaged, missing, or incorrect, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
- If the item is not defective and you're returning it for other reasons, you’ll be responsible for return shipping costs.
- Please do not return any items without first contacting us. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom or special-order items
- Personalized gear
- Gift cards
- Sale/discounted items
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Cut arrows, used field tips, or any equipment altered after purchase
- Perishable goods or personal care products (if applicable)
- Items with damaged or missing packaging

Exchanges
Need something different? Because we may have limited stock, the fastest way to get the right item is to place a new order and return the original. Once we process your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once your return is received and inspected. If approved, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
